本文介绍了利用CNC粉末成形液压机成形多台阶粉末冶金结构零件的方法。通过优化模具结构 ,发挥CNC独特功能 ,压制出机械压机无法一次成形的复杂零件 ,简化了生产工艺 。

A method of producing multistep P/M structural parts on hydraulic CNC powder press is described.With the use of unique fanctions of CNC press and optimized tools,the complex near net shape parts,almost impossible to be compacted on conventional mechanical press,can be successfully produced.This method can simplify the production process and decrease the cost.
