摘要
电网的电压、电流的畸变日益严重 ,电网的电能质量也越来越受到重视。介绍了有关电能质量的基本概念和衡量标准 ,并给出了适合数字测量的分析方法和闪变检测仿真波形。
The distortion of voltage and current of power network become more severe and the power quality is paid more attention. This paper introduces the basic concept and weighting standard of power quality, and the method of digital measurement and emulation of waveform of flicker meter is offered.
