半个世纪以来,随着人口的剧增和经济社会的发展,人类过多地侵占和牺牲了其它生物赖以生存的空间环境,从而危及到了人类自身的生存和发展。为了保护和恢复良好的流域生态环境,人类必须调整和改变不合理的生产生活方式,创建使人类能够与流域内其它生物共生、共存的自然共生型流域圈和都市。目前,最重要的就是形成以水、绿网络为主的生态网络,特别是对城市河流来说更要注意创建与自然共生的水域环境。

During this half century,with the dramatic growth of population and development of economy and society,over-occupancy and victimization of other living beings' dependant space and environment by human being endanger the existence and development of human being themselves.In order to protect and restore the good basin ecological environment,human being must regulate and change irrational production and living ways,construct the nature symbiosis type of basin circle and city,which could make human being co-exist with other living beings within the basin.At present,the most important is to form the ecological net dominated by water and green net,especially pay more attention to construct water area environment co-existing with nature for urban rivers.
