膀胱癌VEGF mRNA表达与浸润转移的关系

VEGF mRNA Expression in Bladder Tumor and the Relationship with the Presence of Invasion and Metastasis

目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)mRNA在膀胱癌组织中的表达状况。方法 用逆转录聚合酶链反应法 (RT PCR)检测 2 7例膀胱癌及其癌周组织VEGFmRNA的表达情况。结果 病理活检证实的 2 7例膀胱癌组织中 ,VEGFmRNA阳性表达 13例 ,阴性 14例 ;癌旁组织均无表达 ,癌组织表达率明显高于癌周组织 (P <0 .0 1) ;18例表浅癌VEGFmRNA阳性表达 6例 ;9例浸润癌中VEGFmRNA阳性表达 7例 ,浸润性膀胱癌VEGFmRNA表达率明显高于表浅癌 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 VEGFmRNA的表达增高与膀胱癌的局部发展和转移可能有关 ,可作为判断膀胱癌生物学行为的指标之一。

Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF mRNA in bladder carcinoma.Methods RT?PCR was used to detect VEGF mRNA expression in specimens from 27 bladder carcinoma and normal tissue around the cancer.Results VEGF mRNA was 14 negative and 13 positive in 27 bladder carcinomas, whereas all were negative in the normal tissue around the cancer.VEGF mRNA expression rate was higher in bladder carcinoma than that in the normal(P< 0.01).Among 18 superficial tumors,6 were positive,whereas 7 were positive in 11 invasive ones.VEGF mRNA expression rate was significantly higher in invasive bladder carcinomas than that in superficial ones(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-regulated expression of VEGF mRNA in bladder tumors correlates with local tumor progression and tumor metastasis.It is suggested that the expresion of VEGF mRNA is positively correlats with the biological behavior of bladder tumor.
