摘要
根据园子沟煤矿东翼回风立井工程地质和水文地质条件,结合矿井及周边矿井井筒冻结法施工经验,提出园子沟煤矿东翼回风立井采用冻结法施工,确定了冻结深度、内外层井壁厚度、壁座厚度与高度及井壁配筋等相关施工技术参数,并介绍了冻结法施工中铺设泡沫塑料板与塑料夹层、井壁后与井壁间注浆等相关辅助措施和施工期间注意事项,为井筒安全快速施工提供了有力的技术支撑和科学保障。
According to the comprehensive analysis of regional geological and hydrological conditions of the east return air shaft in Yuanzigou Coal Mine,combined with the construction experience of the mine and surrounding mine shaft freezing method,the related construction technical parameters of the freezing depth,inner and outer well wall thickness,thickness and height of wall seat and reinforcement of shaft wall are determined using freezing method.The related auxiliary measures such as laying the foam plastic plate and plastic interlayer,grouting between the borehole walls are introduced.It can provide strong technical support and scientific support for safe and rapid construction of shaft.
