摘要
通过深入研究某矿建下固体充填工作面矿压显现规律,进一步分析了充填采场覆岩移动规律,并通过建立力学简化模型来分析充填支架与围岩的关系,直接顶和基本顶由于受到固体充填体的支撑作用,直接顶的初次垮落步距增大,采场周期来压现象不明显,但仍有周期来压现象,且来压步距增大,从而合理确定充填液压支架的工作阻力。研究成果为充填支架选型提供依据,也促进了固体充填开采工艺的发展。
By studying of strata-pressure behavior of the solid fill face under buildings,further analysis of the filled stope strata movement,and through the establishment of a simplified model to analyze the relationship between the filling hydraulic support with the rock,as the supporting role of filling solid for direct roof and basic roof,the initial caving step of direct roof increases,the stope cycle pressure is not obvious,but there is still pressure cycle phenomenon,and the pressure step increases.so that we determining the reasonable working resistance of the filling hydraulic support.Research results provide the basis for filling bracket selection,but also promote the development of mining technology with solid fill.
