园子沟煤矿大断面冻结井筒快速施工经验 被引量:2

Rapid Construction Experiences of Freezing Auxiliary Shaft with Large Section in Yuanzigou Mine

摘要 针对园子沟煤矿副立井大断面井筒施工,分析了井筒穿过的岩层特征和水文地质条件,确定采用半深冻结法凿井,通过合理的机械设备选型、中深孔爆破和科学施工组织管理,实现了快速施工,外壁掘砌平均进尺89 m/(30 d),套内壁平均进尺254 m/(30 d),工程质量优良,为陕、甘等西部地区冻结法凿井积累了经验。 Considering the construction of auxiliary shaft with large section in Yuanzigou Mine,analyzes the actual conditions of surrounding rock and geohydrology of the shaft,the partial freezing technology and double wall structure were finally used. The aim of rapid construction was fulfilled though reasonable equipment matching, deep-hole blasting and scientific construction organization and management. The outside wall and inner wall average advence length per month was 89 m and 254 m,The good quality of construction accumulated experience of freezing shaft sinking for the western area in Shaanxi and Gansu.
