摘要
设计了一种矿用高精度的无线距离检测系统,该检测系统基于STM32丰富的资源,介绍了系统的2种工作模式的原理和相关组成电路原理图,与传统51单片机相比,使用STM32内部温度传感器和ADC电路,可以减少外部附加电路的使用,在减少干扰和能耗的同时,增加了精度。最后对系统做了节能优化,使其在电池供电的情况下,延长续航时间,能够增加系统的使用范围,在实验室的测试表明,其精度和续航符合煤矿洗煤厂等企业的要求。
A high-precision wireless distance detection system for mining is designed.The detection system is based on the rich resources of STM32.The principle of the two working modes of the system and the related schematic circuit diagram are introduced.Compared with the traditional 51 SCM,STM32 is used.The internal temperature sensor and the ADC circuit can reduce the use of external additional circuitry and increase accuracy while reducing interference and power consumption.Finally,the system was optimized for energy saving so that it can extend battery life under the condition of battery power supply,and can increase the scope of use of the system.Tests in the laboratory show that its accuracy and life are in line with the requirements of coal mines and coal washing plants.
