摘要
论述了直管形荧光灯生产上组装工艺流程中,烤管工序传统的加热方式——电阻线直接加热或燃料气体直接加热所存在的弊病,提出了将远红外辐射加热技术应用到烤管工序的可行性论证与探讨。从实践中证实了远红外辐射加热与其他传统的加热方式相比,具有结构简单,投资少,上马快,维修方便,加热效率高,产品质量稳定等优点,在提高生产能力、节约能耗、降低成本、改善劳动环境等方面都能获得最佳经济效益和社会效益。
The problems of traditional torrefying pipe using resistance wire heating or fuel gas heating in the production process of fluorescent lamp and the feasibility of using far-infrared heating are discussed. The advantages of farinfrared heating include simple structure, less investment, easy to make, convenient to maintain, high heating efficiency and increased productivity, etc.. By employing this technique, a significant improvement on the cost, productivity and working conditions is expected.
