摘要
目的 :探讨红花注射液抗心肌缺血的机理。方法 :以腹腔注射垂体后叶素造大鼠急性心肌缺血模型 ,监测大鼠心肌梗塞面积的变化及血清酶学指标的改变 ;以皮下注射肾上腺素加冰水浴造大鼠急性血瘀模型 ,监测大鼠血液流变学各项指标的变化。结果 :红花注射液可明显降低心肌酶水平 ,提高超氧化物歧化酶含量 ,降低丙二醛含量 ,显著减小心肌梗塞面积和降低主要血液流变学指标。结论 :红花注射液对大鼠急性心肌缺血具有保护作用 ,其作用机理可能是减轻心肌缺血中自由基损伤程度以及降低血液流变学指标。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the pharmacological actions of Flos Carthami injection(FCI)against myocardial ischemia.METHODS:The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia was established with intraperitoneal injection of pituitrin,and the myocardial infarction scope(MIS)and serum enzymologic parameters were examined.The model of blood stasis was established with high dose of adrenaline subcutaneous injection in combination with ice-water soaking,and the hemorheologic parameters were detected.RESULTS:FCI in dose of2g/kg could obviously decrease the activities of CK,AST and MIS,inˉcrease the SOD activity and reduce the level of MDA and main hemorheologic parameters.CONCLUSION:FCI has protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia and its mechanism may be related to decreasing the myocardial injury induced by free oxygen radical and reducing blood viscosity.
