摘要
目的:改变盐酸普萘洛尔片含量测定的溶剂,减少环境污染。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以30%乙醇溶液作溶剂,检测波长290nm,吸收系数(E)为189。结果:在8~40μg/mL范围内吸收度与浓度线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.57%。结论:该方法适用于盐酸普萘洛尔片的含量测定。
Objective:To reduce environmental pollution by changing solvent for content assay of propranolol. Methods: By UV spectrophotometry, 30% ethanol as solvent, assay in 290 nm, absorbtion coefficient ( ) is 189. Results: In scope of 8~ 40μ g/mL, absorbance has well linear relation with concentration. Average recover rate is 99.8% , RSD=0.57% . Conclusion: The method is applicable for content assay of propranolol hydrochloride.
