摘要
本文研究了聚合物水泥复合材料(PC)的动力性能,其中包括动力刚度(动力弹性模量)、振动状态下的内耗及振动滞后曲线中的弹性与非弹性应变能之比、应力波的传播与衰耗、冲击韧性和耐磨硬度等.并研究了聚合物掺量对动力性能的影响.试验采用普通硅酸盐水泥和铝酸盐水泥,水灰比均为0.3.采用丙烯酸苯乙烯共聚物乳状液,其掺量由0到25%之间变化(重量比).
In this paper, the dynamic behaviours of polymer-cement composite material (PC) are investigated, including the dynamic rigidity (dynamic modulus of elasticity), internal frication and ratio of elastic energy to unelastic energy in hysteresis loop under vibration, the stress wave propagation and attenuation in this material, the impact toughness and abrasiveness. The influence of polymer content on the dynamic benaviours is also studied. The investigation is carried out on ordinary portland cement and aluminous cement, and the water-cement ratio remains 0.3. The styrene-methacrylatc copolymer emulsion is adopted. The dosage of polymer is from 0 to 25% by weight.
