摘要
提出了斜航式法向圆弧锥齿轮传动原理 ,其廓面由两节锥面上满足共轭关系的两条斜航曲线及其法向圆弧齿形构成。给出了几何参数的优化设计方法 。
Slant course bevel gear driving principle is put forward. Its tooth profile is composed of the normal circular of two conjugating slant course lines on the two pitch cones. A optimal design method based on strengthening principle is put forward, and the accuracy of driving principle and the feasibility of design are proved with the test.
