摘要
根据型钢产品计算机辅助孔型设计CARD的特点,本文采用了动态规划法进行产品优化设计。该方法计算速度快,结果可靠。当以最小能耗为目标函数时,进行了圆钢产品的孔型优化设计,获得了显著的节能效果。
According to features of section steel CARD, this paper has introduced dynamic programming method to make roll pass optimum design. This method prossesses advantages of high calculation speed and reliable outcomes. When minimum energy consumption is taken as target function, round steel pass optimum design has been acrried out and considerable energysaving, effeciency has been gained.
