摘要
作者等以感染根管内检出率较高的拟杆菌、梭杆菌、丙酸杆菌和消化链球菌等,包括有疼痛等急性尖周炎症状的感染根管分离株27株和标准株4株共31株为研究对象,用微量稀释法测定了碘复和氢氧化钙对上述各菌的 MIC 和 MBC,并进一步判读出它们的50%和90%。结果表明,碘复和氢氧化钙对上述菌都有较好的抑菌和杀菌效果。碘复在25%和氢氧化钙在256μg/ml时,都可杀灭全部供试菌。因此建议将它们作为换代的根管消毒剂应用。
The antimicrobial susceptibilities of 27 infected root canal strains and 4 internationaltypical strains of bacteroides,Fusobacterium,Propionibacterium and Peptostreptococcus toiodine complex and calcium hydroxide were determined by MIC and MBC using theminimum quantity dilution method.The results showed that both iodine complex andcalcium hydroxide have strong antimicrobial effects.Iodine complex at the concentrationof 25% and calcium hydroxide at the concentration of 256 μg/ml can kill all the bacteriamentioned above.We recommend iodine complex and calcium hydroxide as the endodonticintracanal antiseptics of new generation.
