摘要
分别从迁移理论和图式理论的视角对文化教学和外语教学的密切联系做了深入的阐释 ;分析探讨了在英语文化导入时机、导入方法、导入具体内容等方面所遇到的问题 ,并提出了建议和设想。认为 ,建立英语文化教学大纲 ,同时在教材设计和文化测试方面做出相应改革是解决上述问题 ,培养学生跨文化意识和跨文化交际能力的关键所在。
Nowadays, although it is a commonplace in language pedagogy to stress the importance of cultural teaching and to say that it is not possible to teach a language without culture, there are still a lot of problems worthy of reconsideration. This article makes an in-depth explanation of the close relationship between cultural teaching and foreign language teaching in terms of Transfer Theory and Schemata Theory, and then makes an analysis of the problems about when and how to carry out the English cultural teaching and what should be taught, and at the same time puts forward some tentative and constructive suggestions. This article argues that the establishment of the English cultural syllabus combined with the improvement of the textbook design and cultural test is the key to solving the above-mentioned problems and to improving the students' cross-cultural awareness and cross-cultural communicative competence.
