海上油田PAM驱油研究

摘要 本文介绍了室内研究的耐温耐盐聚合物的基本组成,对其性能进行了详细的评价,并与常用的HPAM作对比,体现出良好的驱油性能。本产品的主要性能指标为在85℃、配制水矿化度32000mg/L条件下(钙镁离子浓度1000mg/L),产品2000mg/L浓度时的粘度≥20mPa·s,两个月热稳定性≥75%(粘度保留率)。通过驱油实验,其满足海上油田的应用条件,性能较好。 In this paper,the basic composition of the temperature resistant and salt tolerant polymer was introduced,and its performance was evaluated in detail.Compared with the common HPAM,it showed good performance.The main performance of the products is at 85℃and under the condition of32000 mg/L salinity(calcium and magnesium ion concentration 1000 mg/L),when the concentration of polymer is 2000 mg/L,the viscosity of the product is larger than 20 mPa.s and 2 months of thermal stability than 75%(viscosity retention rate).Through the oil displacement experiment,it can meet the application condition of offshore oil field,it can be used.
