溴酚蓝电极催化电位法测定痕量锰的研究

摘要 本文研究了将溴酚蓝离子选择电极应用于催化动力学电位法测定痕量锰(Ⅱ)的新方法。在高碘酸钾-锰(Ⅱ)-氨三乙酸-溴酚蓝体系中,以高碘酸钾氧化溴酚蓝褪色为指示反应,氨三乙酸(NTA)为活化剂,锰(Ⅱ)具有显著的催化作用。用溴酚蓝电极测量此体系中电位改变一定值所需时间的倒数t^(-1)与溶液中Mn(Ⅱ)的含量在2~40ng/mL范围内呈线性,灵敏度高,选择性好。应用于环境水样中痕量锰(Ⅱ)的测定。获得了满意结果。 Bromophenol blue ion-selective electrode was used in catalytic potentiometric method to determine trace amount of Mn(Ⅱ). As the rcaction velocity is proportional to the concentration of Mn(Ⅱ), this electrode is used to indicate the variation of the concentration of bromophenol blue. A linear range is obtained from 2 to 40 ng/mL of Mn(Ⅱ). This method was successfully applied to determine the trace amount of Mn(Ⅱ) in nature water.
