摘要
目的 研究赶黄草 (PenthorumchinensePursh .)挥发油的化学成分。方法 用赶黄草全草经水蒸气蒸馏所得的挥发性成分 ,用气相色谱 质谱进行分离鉴定 ,结合计算机检索技术 ,对分离的化合物进行分析和结构鉴定 ,应用色谱峰面积归一法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果 水蒸气蒸馏的得油率为 0 .30 % ;共分离出 38个组分 ,鉴定了其中的 2 6个组分 ,占挥发油总量的 95 %。结论 首次报道了赶黄草挥发油的化学成分主要为酮和酯类化合物 ,含量较多的是棕榈酸乙酯 ( 18.6 4 % ) ,反式 6 ,10 二甲基 5 ,9 十一烷双烯 2 酮 ( 14 .95 % ) ,(反 ,反 ) 6 ,10 ,14 三甲基 5 ,9,13 十五烷三烯 2 酮 ( 10 .4 2 % ) ,棕榈酸( 9 .6 0 % ) ,(顺 ,顺 ,顺 ) 9,12 ,15 十八烷三烯 1 醇 ( 7.4 0 % )
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Penthorum chinense Pursh. METHODS: The essential oil was obtained by steam distillation. The chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative percentage of each composition was determined by area nomalization. RESULTS: The extraction efficiency of steam distillation was 0.30%. 38 peaks were found and 26 of them were identified representing 95% of the total contents. CONCLUSION: Ketones and esters appeared to be the main constituents of the volatile oil. The relative contents of palmitic acid ethyl ester (18.64%), (E)-6,10-dimethyl-5,9-undecadien-2-one (14.95%), (E, E)-6, 10, 14-trimethyl-5, 9, 13-pentadecatrie-2-one (10.42%), palmitic acid (9.60%) and (Z, Z, Z)-9, 12, 15-octadcatrien-1-ol (7.40%) were higher than that of others. The study and the results were reported for the first time.
