抗氧化剂对哮喘治疗作用的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察抗氧化剂对缓解期哮喘的治疗作用。方法 将30例缓解期哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组20例患者给予维生素C 0.5/d,维生素E 0.3/d,连续4周。观察组10例患者不给予药物治疗。试验前后检测患者的第1秒呼出气量(FEVI)和乙酰甲胆碱PC_(20)值(MCH-PC_(20))。结果 治疗组的FEV_1和MCH-PC_(20)值较试验前增高(P<0.01),而对照组FEV_1和MCH-PC_(20)前后变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论 维生素C和维生素E对降低哮喘患者的气道高反应性是有益的。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of antioxidants in relieving asthmatic at remission stage.Method Thirty asthmatics at remission stage were divided randomly into two groups:20 patients in treatment group were given vitamine C 0.5 qd and vitamine E 0.3 qd for four weeks; 10 patients in control group were not given any drug. FEVl and MCH - PC20 were measured before treatment and four weeks later. Result FEVl and MCH - PC20 in treatment group after treatment were higher than those before treatment ( P < 0.01),but those in control group before and after treatment were not different ( P > 0.05) .Conclusion Vitamine C and vitamine E are benificial for asthmatic patients in reducing airway hyperreactivity.
