摘要
以中新天津生态城万科锦庐园7#楼为研究对象,依据建筑外墙各组成材料的配比及单位能耗,计算出满足三步节能要求的装配式混凝土外墙与砂加气混凝土外墙的生产与施工能耗。研究结果表明,预制装配式混凝土外墙的单位建设能耗为20.62 kg标准煤/m2,而砂加气混凝土外墙的单位建设能耗为21.46 kg标准煤/m2,满足相同节能要求时,装配式混凝土外墙比砂加气混凝土外墙体节能4.1%。因此,预制装配式混凝土外墙是一种节能墙体,具有良好的发展前景。
In this paper,the ZhongXin Tianjin Eco-City Vanke Jinluyuan 7# Building is choosed as the research object,based on the ratio and energy consumption per unit of the constituent materials of the wall,calculated the materials and construction energy consumption of prefabricated concrete external wall and Sand Aerated Concrete Block external wall that meet the three step energy requirements.Results indicated: under the same energy-saving,compared with the energy consumption of 21. 46 kg standard coal per m2 of sand aerated concrete block external wall,the prefabricated concrete external wall is 20. 62 kg standard coal /m2,which is lower by4.1%. So,prefabricated concrete wall is energy-saving wall,and will develop well in the future.
