摘要
本文用乳状液膜法研究了以石油亚砜(PSO)为载体,兰—113A为表面活性剂,用PSO—硫脲(TiO)液体石腊—煤油膜体系,从卤化物介质中提取金时各种因素对提取率的影响,确定了提取金的最佳工艺条件,在此最佳工艺条件下,金的一次提取率大于98%,并模拟工业生产进行连续提取。根据红外光谱分析和前人在盐酸体系中用PSO萃取金的机理的研究,提出了乳状液膜法提取金的迁移机理。
Taking petroleum sulfoxide(PSO)as carrier and Lan-113A as surfactant, to extract goldfrom halide solution by using emulsified liquid membrane system (ie. the system of PSO-thiourea-liquid paraffin-kerosine)was studied. The effects of various factors on the gold extraction rate and the optimal process condition for gold extraction were clarified. Under the optimal condition, the gold extraction rate reached to 98% with one stroke in the simulated industrial production. According to the infrared spectrographic analysis and the anterior researches on the mechanism of extracting gold from hydrochloric acid system by using PSO, this paper put forward the mechanism of gold | migration when extracting gold by membrane.
