电磁流量计泄漏全自动测试机设计和研究

Design and Research of Automatic Testing Machine for the Leakage of Electromagnetic Flowmeter

针对电磁流量计泄漏测试,研制了全自动测试机。介绍了测试机的机械和PLC设计,对液压系统压力多级控制和多工位互不干扰、多功能截止发信阀的原理等进行了分析和研究。

For measuring the leakage of electromagnetic flowmeter an automatic testing machine has been developed.In this paper,the principle of hydraulic system about multiple pressure regulating,multiple working positions without interference in each other and multi function valve are analysed and studied.Besides,the design of mechanical device,pneumatic system,water system and PLC control system are also introduced.
