摘要
利用UG软件中的二次开发工具UGGRIP语言编程 ,成功地实现了适用于五种推杆常用运动规律的尖顶、滚子、平底直动推杆盘形凸轮的参数化自动实体建模。介绍了其中数学模型的建立、程序实现方法及测试结果 ,为在UG中实现凸轮的无图加工及凸轮的运动及动力分析提供了必备的实体模型。
Cam is a common part used in mechanical field widely This paper has discussed a program which was used in automatic modeling of disc cam with pushing bar of three types, point, roller and plane ,in UG and was programmed in the second developing tool, UG GRIP language, in UG and was suited for five types of common motion rules of pushing bar This paper has also introduced the building methods of mathematic model and programming methods and test result of this program and supplied necessary solid model for cam manufacture without drawing and cam kinetic analysis
