摘要
在设计脂润滑滑动轴承的径向间隙、油槽、润滑方式时必须考虑其特殊性,建立轴承间隙的数学模型,算出各种尺寸,不同配合的Smin,Smax与ψ以辅助轴承的设计工作。设计与制造滑动轴承,应使其具有较高精度才能保证其良好的摩擦学特性,提高其可靠性。
While designing the grease lubricated sleeve bearings the specific characteristics of their diametral clearance, oil groove and style of lubrication must be considered. In order to aid the bearing design work we have to built up the maths model of bearing clearance and to calculate out smin, Smax and ψ for various dimensions anddifferent kinds of fit. Designing and manufacturing of sleeve bearings should be kept in a relative high accuracy so as to ensure a good tribological behavior and to raise its reliability
