雄激素联合维生素D3、细胞因子治疗MDS-RA的临床疗效观察

Curative Effect to Refractory Anemia of Androgen Combined with Activated Vitamin D3 and Cytokine

目的 观察雄激素联合维生素D3和细胞因子对难治性贫血 (RA)的疗效。方法 将 41例RA病人随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组联用雄激素、维生素D3、细胞因子 ,对照组采用雄激素 ,比较治疗组和对照组的疗效和副作用。结果 治疗组的总有效率为 76.0 % ,对照组的总有效率为 43.75 % ,二者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To observe the curative effect on refractory anemia of androgen combined with activated vitamin D3 and cytokine regimen.Methods 41 RA patients were randomly separated into observation group and control group. Androgen, activated vitamin D3 and cytokine regimen were used in the former group and Androgen only was used in the latter.Results The total effect rate was 76% in the observation group,and the rate was 43.75% in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Androgen combined with activated vitamin D3 and cytokine is an effective regimen to cure refractory anemia.
