摘要
本研究采用YAG泵浦染料激光器对生淀粉糖化菌黑曲霉S—7的原生质体直接进行辐照。结果表明;原生质体比孢子对激光更为敏感。激光对原生质体的正突变率比对孢子的正突变率高35%,原生质体最高正突变率达70%。突变株与出发菌株相比生淀粉糖化酶活性平均提高39%,最高达102%。
Raw starch glucoamylase-producing strains of Aspergiiius niger S-7 were irradiated by using protoplast with wave-length (λ =266nm), energy (8mJ) Irom Uatachrom-5000 tunable dye laser, The results showed that latality rates of protoplast were higher than those of spore. Positive mutation rate of protoplast was 35% higher than that of spore. The enzymatic activity of raw starch glucoamylase was higher that of original strains by an average of 39%, maximum increase was 102%.
