公立医院正逐步走向市场。优化资源配置,提高资源利用率,通过医院管理者的创新管理,有目的地构建医院的竞争优势,是医院竞争中的重要策略。获得竞争的优势必须集中有限的资源提高效率,或采取差异化策略取胜。医院占有最大的市场份额无疑有助于增加医院的核心竞争力。医院管理者应考虑如何吸引并留住高级医生,同时更要提高他们的劳动生产率,并转换成医院的能力。未来公立医院之间的竞争并不仅仅是规模大小的竞争,而更是医疗产品即服务的竞争。
Public hospitals are gradually stepping into the market. Important strategies in the competition between hospitals are optimization of resource allocation,to promote the utility efficiency of resource,and to gain competitive advantage through the manager's new idea.It is undoubted that it enhances the core competence of a hospital to gain the biggest medical service market share.In order to grasp the superiority in the competition,the limited resource should be concentrated to increase the cost efficiency,and/or to win the competition through the strategy of differentiation.Hospital managers should concern about how to absorb and hold over those doctors with superior quality,to improve the productivity at the same time,which could be transformed to the capability of hospital.In the future,competition among hospitals will be not only about the scale;competition will rather be the medical product,the medical service.
