摘要
目的 分析VEGF在人脑AVMs中的表达。方法 14例AVMs行显微外科手术切除AVMs和AVMs周围脑组织、8例正常脑血管标本,分别提取总RNA和4%PFA—PBS固定石蜡包埋、原位杂交、RNA狭缝斑点杂交检测VEGF在脑AVMs中的改变。结果 VEGF mRNA弥散地分布于血管的各层组织和AVMs周围脑组织中,与正常脑血管相比,AVMs、AVMs周围脑组织VEGFmRNA表达增高。结论 VEGF参与脑AVMs的发生发展。
Objective To analyse the VEGF expression in brain AVMs. Methods By Microneuro-surgery operation the AVMS and the surrounding brain tissue were removed in 14 patients. All samples and eight normal brain tissues were fixed in 4 % PFA - PBC, then embedded in paraffin. The RNA and AVMs were detected in situ hybridization,RNA slot blot. Results VEGF mRNA distributed every level tissue of vessels and the surrounding brain tissue of AVMs. Compared with normal brain vessels, the VEGF expression was higher in AVMs and the surrounding tissue than in the normal brain. Conclusions VEGF might take part in the pathogenesis of cerebral AVMs development and growth.
