摘要 本文研究了用微波法提取桑叶中黄酮的工艺条件,探讨了微波强度、处理时间、乙醇体积分数、提取温度和提取时间对桑叶黄酮提取率的影响.结果表明:用175W微波强度处理4min后,以体积分数70%的乙醇,在70℃提取2h,得到提取物的黄酮类物质质量浓度比未经微波处理的高出18.5%.因此,微波法是一种提取桑叶黄酮的有效方法. The extracting technology of flavonoids by microwave from mulberry le aves was studied in the paper.The effect of the parameters,i.e.microwave power,t reatment time,volume ratio of ethanol,extraction temperature and extraction time was analyzed.The results show that the optimum processing data were determined: mulberry leaves were processed in microwave oven at the power of 175 W for 4 min ,and the next reacted in 70%ethanol at 70 ℃for 2 h.The extraction rate was 18. 5%higher than that of non-microwave′s.Therefore,extracting flavonoid by micro wave from mulberry leaves is an efficient method.
