摘要
介绍了电解机械复合抛光实验装置、工作原理及工艺特点,应用电解机械复合抛光工艺对几种模具钢材进行抛光实验,分析了各加工工艺参数对表面粗糙度的影响关系,找出了加工电压、工具转达、磨料粒度等对电解机械复合抛光的影响规律。实验表明,只要选配适当的工艺参数,采用此法可以获得Ra<0.1μm的表面粗糙度,同时该技术能提高模具制造质量,降低工人劳动强度,缩短模具制造周期。
This paper presents the principle and theset of experiments which can fulfil the electrochemicalmechanical polishing process. Several steel materials weretested by the electrochemical mechanical polishing pro-cess. Through the experiments, the results were achievedto indicate the ralationship of influence of machining pa-rameters on surface roughness. It is pointed out if a suit-able machining parameter is selected, then the value ofsurface roughness will be less than Ra 0.1.
