摘要
在电力市场技术支持系统中,交易数据的保密问题是一个严峻而又不可回避的问题。提出了电力市场技术支持平台的系统安全性要求准则以及实现这些准则的方案,包括身份的标识、鉴别及其认证,以及数据的完整性、正确性、可靠性的验证。还分析了安全套接层SSL(SecureSocketLayer)协议应用于电力市场技术支持平台的可行性及其实效性。提出的电力市场技术支持平台的系统安全构架已成功应用于电力合约交易系统。
In the techni qu e support system for electricity market,the encryption of the trade data is a m ore serious and critical issue.A set of rules,which meets the security require ments for the system,is presents and its realization approach is given.It invo lves identity authentication,data in-tegration and data validity.Furthermore ,the feasibility an d efficiency of applying SST protocol to the technique supp ort system for electricity market are discussed.The given system architecture h as already been successfully put in practice in power markets.Supported by the National Key Basic Research Special Fund(G1998020311).
