摘要
采用四丁基脲作为蒽醌法生产H2O2工艺中的溶剂之一,取代目前生产中广泛使用的磷酸三辛酯,研究测定了四丁基脲的基本使用性能。结果表明,与磷酸三辛酯相比,四丁基脲对氢蒽醌的溶解度大;H2O2在两相中的分配系数大;四丁基脲与水密度差大、表面张力大。这些优势有利于减少工作液的循环量,提高氢化效率和萃取装置的生产能力。
Tetra-n-butyl urea(TBU) was used as one of the solvents for the man uf acture of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process.Its properties were measu r ed and analyzed.Solubility of 2-ethylhydroanthraquinone in TBU was higher than in tri-iso-octyl phosphate(TOP).Density of TBU was lower than that of TOP. Dist ribution coefficient of hydrogen peroxide between water and working solution con taining TBU was higher than that of solution containing TOP.The latter was wid e ly used in current commercial processes.TBU substituted TOP used as one of the ingredients composing the working solution has been proved to be feasible.
