高校理工类专业生产实习模式改革的探索与实践

Research and Practice in the Reform of the Arrangement for Production Exercitation

生产实习在培养高校学生的实践能力与创新精神方面起着至关重要的作用。作者在分析了新形势下生产实习的现状和面临的各种矛盾 ,对传统的生产实习模式进行了改革 ,建立了以分散为主、集中为辅的生产实习新模式 ,通过强化实习过程监控与实习质量管理 ,提高了实践教学质量及学生的综合素质。并以此模式在我院学生的生产实习中进行了实践 ,取得了良好的教学效果。

Production exercitation is very important in training practical and innovative abilities of universitys students. On the basis of analysis of existent status and contradiction confronted in new condition, traditional arrangement for production exercitation has been reformed. A new arrangement with separation in major place and concentration in minor place has been constructed. By means of enhancement control exercitation process and teaching quality management, practical teaching quality and students integrated ability have been improved. This reform has been practiced, teaching effect is also good. It is worthy of generalization and reference.
