多点再同步心脏起搏治疗心力衰竭研究的新进展 被引量:9

摘要 多点组合再同步心脏起搏治疗伴有心室传导阻滞的难治性心力衰竭是通过直接多点同步电刺激来纠正衰竭心肌的电激动传导延迟和机械活动失同步 ,实现对衰竭心脏的电 机械活动再同步治疗 ,从而改善心室的整体舒缩功能 ,提高心脏作功效率和射血功能。笔者介绍了近年来多点组合再同步心脏起搏治疗心力衰竭的一些研究进展。
