摘要
介绍了控制阀外置的新型汽车双筒液力减振器的工作原理 ,对电场与磁场同时作用下减振器的速度特性进行了理论分析与实验研究。新型汽车双筒液力减振器的阻尼力由两部分组成 ,一部分是与电极的几何结构、液体的粘度以及流速相关的粘性阻力 ,另一部分是与电场、磁场强度成正比的剪切应力。通过调节电场与磁场强度可实现阻尼力的自动调节与控制 ,电磁场作用下的最大阻尼力是无电磁场作用时的两倍 。
The working principles of the new shock absorber outside controlling clique on electric-magnetic field are introduced in this paper,and its mathematical model is established which indicates the inner and outer characteristic relation ship. The theoretical model is developed to describe the relationship between electric- magnetic field and resistance force of ERF shock absorber. According to the requirements vehicle vibration control, the new ERF shock absorber with outside controlling clique has been designed and manufactured, it has been tested on the electrohydraulic vibrator for getting force and velocity properties. Experiments are made to support the theoretical studies.
