摘要
利用RAPD技术对15个梨品种及类型的遗传变异进行了研究。从100个10bp随机引物中筛选出12个多态性引物用于正式扩增,共扩增出89条DNA带,其中多态性DNA带84条,占93 6%,平均每个引物扩增的DNA带的数目为8条。利用DNA扩增结果进行聚类分析,初步认为延边苹果梨应该归属于白梨系统。
The genetic relationships of 15 pear cultivars were analyzed by using randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) 12 primers were screened from 100 arbitrary 10mer primers,and a total of 89 DNA bands were amplified, 84 of which (936%) were polymorphic The average number of DNA bands amplified by each primer was 8 Especially, Yanbian Pingguoli was evaluated Aiming at the existent demurral on systematic status of Yanbian Pingguoli, a tree diagram was constructed by using ward′s method.
