摘要
本文应用免疫酶标技术,在电镜水平上对β_1亚族结合素在结肠中的定位分布进行了探讨。观察结果表明,β_1亚族结合素呈细线状分布于粘膜上皮细胞的基底面及侧面,以及其他细胞的整个表面,说明β_1亚族结合素既介导了细胞——细胞外基质之间的粘附反应,又介导了细胞——细胞之间的粘附反应。粘膜上皮细胞及间质细胞的内质网、核外膜亦见阳性反应沉着,说明这些细胞具有合成β_1亚单位前体的功能。本文观察结果为今后对结合素及其介导的粘附反应的进一步研究提供了参考资料。
By utilizing the immunoparaxidase staining method, the localization and distcibution of β_1 subgroup of integrins were studied in human colon at electron microscopic level. Reactivity with anti-β_1 subgroup of integrins antibody was found as fine line on the surface of each cell. On epithelial cells, both basal and side surface gave the positive reaction, indicating that β_1 subgroup of integrins could mediate cell-extracellular matrix and cell-cell interations. The deposite of positive reaction was also found on endoplasmic reticulum and the outer membrane of nuclear envelope, which might imply that they have the function of synthesizing the precusor of β_1 subunite. The data obtained in the present study might provide references for the further investigations of integrins and the cellular adhesive interaction.
