动静脉内瘘对血液透析患者血流动力学影响的动态观察

DYNAMIC OBSERVATION OF HEMODYNAMICS TO PATIENTS TREATED WITH HEMODIALYSIS SUFFERED WITH ARTERIORENOUS FISTULA

目的 :了解动静脉内瘘形成术前、术后 3年维持性血液透析病人血流动力学的动态变化。方法 :彩色多普勒超声检测 34例血液透析患者术前、术后半月、半年、1年、3年血流动力学指标CO ,CI,EF和FS ,对不同时间的各项测定值进行比较。结果 :术后各时间点CO和CI检测值较术前升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,EF和FS值差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :内瘘影响血透病人的血流动力学 ,3年内这种影响缓慢持续存在。

Objective:To study the dynamic state of hemodynamics of the patients suffered from chronic renal failure and treated with hemodialysis.Methods:CO, CI,EF, FS of 34 cases were tested by color dopller ultrasound before and half a month,half a year, one year and tree years after the opening of the AVF. These results at different times were compared.Results:The examination of CO, CI at every time after the operation increased compared with those before the operation ( P< 0.05).The value of EF,Fs have not significant difference.Conclusions: AVF affected the hemodynamics of the patients receiving hemodialysis. The effect lasted within 3 years and worked slowly.
