摘要
考虑整块材料的收缩对残余应力的影响,建立了计算金属陶瓷复合材料平均残余应力的力学模型,推导了平均残余应力公式,该式对材料的设计和制备有重要的意义.研究表明,平均残余应力与温度差呈线性关系;与硬质相的体积含量、组份材料的弹性模量、线[膨]胀系数以及泊松比密切相关;随硬质相体积含量的增加而增大;金属粘结相"堆积"区域平均残余应力较大.
Mechanics model for calculating the average residual stress in cermet is established by considering the effect of material contraction on the residual stress, and the equation of average residual stress in cermet, which is important for design and preparation of cermet, is derived. The average residual stress is related to volume percentage of hard particle, the ration of the size of bonding phase zone aggregated in cermet and the size of hard particle, and the elastic modulus, thermal expansion coefficient and Poisson's ratio of constituents. The average residual stress is proportional to the temperature difference. The average residual stress increases with the volume percentage of hard particle in the cermet and the higher residual stress occurs in the region where the bonding metal is densely aggregated.
