摘要 按照ISO 6 14 4标准 ,设计、研制了新型标准气体静态容量法配气装置 ,该装置具备高精度测温、测压系统 ,并设计了流体高真空搅拌器 ,该搅拌器无泄漏 ,无污染。新研制的装置解决了现行静态容量法配制组分常温小呈液态时误差偏大的难题。用该装置配制的标准气体与重量法、动态法配制的气体以及国际比对用的标准气体相比较表明 ,它们之间具有很好的一致性 ,相对偏差均在 3%以内。实验表明该配气装置不确定度为 (2~ 4 ) %。 A new type apparatus of static volumetric method were designed and made in correspondence with ISO 6144. High accuracy thermometer, pressure gauge and high vacuum magnetic stirrer were installed and designed in the apparatus, and the stirrer is leakless and no contamination to the system. The new apparatus solves the problem of preparation calibration gases with liquid components in normal temperature and pressure. The calibration gases prepared by the static volumetric method compared with that prepared by gravimetric method, dynamic volumetric method and natural gases for the international comparison, the results show that they are self consistency very well, and the relative deviation between them is lower than 3%. The experiments indicated that the uncertainties of the calibration gases prepared by the apparatus were in the range of (2~4)%.
