摘要 客户关系管理是一种全新的商业理念,为处理公司与客户之间的关系提供了新的管理模式。数据挖掘是一门新兴的信息处理技术,在商业信息的提取和利用中发挥着日益重要的作用。从数据挖掘的定义和本质出发,阐述了客户关系管理的概念、构成和发展趋势,分析了数据挖掘技术在银行客户关系管理中的应用。 Customer relationship management is a fke-new business conception. It provides a new management mode to deal with the relationship between corporations and customers. Data mining is a promising new technology to transact information, which takes an increasing role in utilizing and extracting knowledge. This paper firstly describes the conception and the essence of data mining, and then discusses the definition and the structure of CRM. Finally, the application of data mining in bank CRM is deeply analyzed.
