摘要
微波辐射提取技术与传统加热提取技术相比,具有提取时间短、温度低、耗能低、品质高等优良特性。采用该技术提取天然食用色素的实际结果表明,微波提取技术是一种有良好发展前途的新工艺,有利于工业化生产。
The special feature of microwave extraction technique over traditional heat extraction is short time, low temperature, low energy consumption and high product quality. Good experimental residts of extracting natural food pigment by microwave extraction technique show that it is a good new technique and could be applied in industry.
