摘要
研究了获得Ni-P合金刷镀层的镀液配方以及操作工艺参数,讨论了相关因素对合金镀层中P含量和镀层沉积速度的影响。利用扫描电镜观察了Ni-P合金的表面形貌并与Ni刷镀层进行比较;用能谱分析仪分析合金镀层中P的含量;用X-射线衍射仪测试镀层的组织结构。试验结果表明:通过该工艺条件,可以获得良好的非晶态Ni-P合金刷镀层。
Solution composition and the operating conditions f or Ni-P alloy brush plating coating were studied. The effect of related factors on P content in the alloy coatings and depositing speed were discussed. The su rface morphology and microstructure of Ni-P coating, compared with those of Ni coating, were observed with SEM. The P content and the structure of alloy coat ings were analyzed by EDS and XRD. The experiement results showed that a good a morphous Ni-P alloy brush plating coating could be obtained by using this proc ess.
