摘要
采用 TL C对赤丹丸中赤芍、丹参、黄芩、茯苓、三棱进行定性鉴别 ;采用 HPL C法对赤丹丸中的芍药苷进行含量测定 ,采用 Diamonsil C1 8柱 ,乙腈 -水 (2 0∶ 80 )为流动相 ,紫外检测波长 2 30 nm ,柱温为室温。芍药苷线性范围为16~ 16 0 μg/ml(r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 99.1% ,RSD为 2 .0 9%。
A TLC method for identification of radix paeoniae rubra, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, radix scutellariae, poria and rhizoma sparganii in Chidan pills and a HPLC method for determination of paeonflorin in pills were presented. A Diamonsil C_ 18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (20∶80), at room temperature and detection wavelength of 230 nm. The calibration curve of paeonflorin was linear in the concentration range of 16~160 μg/ml( r=0.9999) .The average recovery was 99.1% with RSD of 2.09%.
