摘要
该文讨论了影响水电电价的水价及水电机组启停费用因素,提出了将水火电混合动力系统划分为两个独立的竞价子集,在各子集内部依据购电费用最低的原则竞价上网。求解过程首先按照水电配合火电竞价上网的方式,采用网络流法初步优化梯级水电站的出力;然后在梯级水电站竞价子集内部按照购电费用最低的原则竞价上网,采用同时段调整法优化水电的出力。该文提出的模型简单,算法易于实现。算例结果表明该方法具有良好的实用性。
This paper discusses the price of discharged water and the startup cost of hydroelectric generating units, which affect the cost of hydroelectricity, and proposes a new model to optimize the power output of cascaded hydroelectric plants by splitting the hydrothermal system into two independent bidding subsets: thermoelectricity and hydroelectricity. The underlying principle of optimality in each subset is the minimization of purchase cost. With cooperation of hydroelectricity, the thermoelectricity subset uses the network flow algorithm to preliminarily optimize the output of cascaded hydro plants, then the hydroelectricity subset uses the same period adjusting algorithm, as proposed, to adjust the output on the basis of minimum purchase cost. The proposed model is simple and the algorithm is easy to be implemented. A case study demonstrates the efficiency and feasibility of both the model and the algorithm.
