摘要
分析了热变形和残余应力对精密丝杠加工误差的影响 ,建立了精密丝杠温度分布和热变形数学模型 ,提出了基于能量守恒定律、采用平均线膨胀系数的丝杠热变形简化计算方法。分析了磨削残余应力对精密丝杠尺寸变化的长期影响及计算方法。
The influences of thermal deformation and residual stress on the machi ning error of precision leading screws are analyzed. The mathematic models of te mperature distribution and thermal deformation of precision leading screws are e stablished. Based on the energy conservation principle, a simplified method to c alculate the thermal deformation by using average thermal expansion coefficient is presented. The long-term effect of residual stress caused by grinding on the change in size of precision leading screw and the error calculating method are a nalyzed.
