摘要
介绍球铁件收缩、补缩行为,并根据温度场特点,分析球铁件凝固过程形成的热场不良元的原因。通过改变浇注系统,安放冷铁等工艺手段,建立良性温度场和理想的凝固条件,达到获得致密铸件的目的。
The contraction and feeding behaviour of nodular iron was introduced. Based on the characteristics of thermal field, the reason causing formation of the harmful thermal element during solidification process of nodular iron was analyzed. Sound castings could be obtained by improving pouring system, setting chills and some other measures to establish a beneficial thermal field and reasonable solidification conditions.
