摘要 系统分析了高速电流型CMOS数模转换器中电流开关对输出毛刺的影响 ,给出了减小输出毛刺的方法 .改进了电流开关及其控制信号的产生电路 .利用改进后的电路设计了一个 8位数模转换器 ,在 5V电源 ,满量程输出2 0mA条件下 ,模拟得到最大输出毛刺为 3pV s,且电路在 1 0 0MHz采样频率 ,1 0MHz信号频率下 ,无假信号动态范围达到 The influence of current switche s on output glitch of high-speed current-steering CMOS D/A converter is thoroughly analyzed.Methods for reducing glitch are presented.The amended current switche s and control signal circuit are described.The switches are utilized in a 8-bit,5V power supply DAC.The result of simulation reveals that the output glitch is no more than 3pV-s.For sampling frequencies up to 100MSample/s,the spurious free dynamic range is up to 53dB for signals from DC to Nyquist.
