摘要 通过可变喷嘴涡轮增压器与发动机的匹配试验测得增压压力和排气压力值,结合发动机的结构参数,计算了发动机的流通特性,建立了可变喷嘴增压器与发动机的联合工作曲线。对联合工作曲线的分析表明设计的可变喷嘴涡轮增压器与发动机匹配良好,不会出现喘振和阻塞。 The pressure in the intake manifold and exhaust pipe before turbine inlet was measured through match test of diesel engine with variable nozzle turbocharger. The engine circulating characteristic was calculated with test data and engine configuration parameters. The combination operating curve of variable nozzle turbocharger and diesel engine was obtained. The analysis of combination operating curve indicated that the variable nozzle turbocharger matched well with the engine, and the turbocharger did not surge or choke.
